Shelby Recently relocated to beautiful Beaufort, I served 8 yrs in the Navy and have been in the hair industry for the past 25 yrs, providing my clients with the most up-to-date hair styles, using color, specialized cutting techniques, or the latest in hair extension technology and hair treatments.
